This rule calculates the duration of the employee’s employment at your company and determines the duration of their leave according to this. 

= Holiday rules list =

By setting the rules of holiday calculation you can establish holiday lump sum entitlement of your employees or specify individual dependencies of calculations in relation to the customary practice in your company. 
You can set the number of holiday days in a calendar year in the standard way or you can determine the number of days based on the employee's age or based on the length of the employment relation.

Individual accounts can be edited or deleted from the displayed list of rules of account balance transfer. 
In case of their editing any change reflects where the respective rule is assigned. 
In case of their deletion (not recommended) some already set rules can stop working.


= Overview of annual leave entitlement =

This overview will enable you to visualise how many days of leave have been calculated for your employees. Select the year and click the “Show holiday assignement” button.

In the event that you want to manually change the number of leave days, click on “change” and set the desired number of days and click on “OK”. Further confirm the change by clicking on the “Submit changes in allocated leave” button.

= Settings =

Here, you can select from three options – according to the duration of the employment relationship in full months, according to the duration of the employment relationship in full weeks and according to the duration of the employment relationship in days.

This is a setting, which makes it possible to specify the calculation of leave duration, for instance, for an employee, who has been employed during the year.
