These rules determine how to further process the account balance in the transition between months and years. If we intend to transfer the balance, by setting up these rules we can determine a specific way of transfer and the potential adjustment of the balance.
The conditions of the rule are used to carry out this setting.
If the balance is higher than and lower than, do the following:
- Do nothing
- Set to 0
- Set a specific balance value
- Set a percentage ratio of the balance
Set also the periodicity of this rule:
- monthly (e.g. hours of overtime)
- yearly (e.g. holiday)
How to:
- Click on "Create a new rule"
- Name: NAMING / TITLE – we recommend a short, fitting name
- Description: option of a more detailed description – not required

- Pokud je zůstatek větší / menší: Pravidlo provedení převodu
Příklad: Zaměstnanci zůstalo celých 20 dní dovolené (účet dovolené je veden v půldnech), ale zaměstnavatel povolí převést pouze 10 dní do dalšího roku. V případě, že zaměstnanci zůstává méně než 10 dní, převádí se celých 100% nevyčerpané dovolené.

Ze zobrazeného seznamu pravidel převodu zůstatků účtů lze jednotlivé účty upravit nebo smazat.
V případě jejich úpravy se jakákoli změna promítá tam, kde je toto pravidlo přiřazeno.
V případě smazání (nedoporučujeme) mohou přestat některá již nastavená pravidla fungovat.
