Click on your login name in the upper right corner to find “Your account”. You can select from several options under your account. Here you can manage your company, change roles in the system, change the system login password, or log off.

Manage company

Here you can enter detailed information about your company.

Modify customer

In this chapter, you can modify company details such as the address, phone, fax, or e-mail for notifications on planned system maintenance.

Customer administrators

Here you can re-send passwords, create or delete accounts with permissions to perform various operations in the iTA attendance system.

Create new administrator

Here you can create a new administrator. This can be done by clicking on “Create new administrator”.

Now fill in the e-mail address of the employee whose rights should be assigned, and specify his/her position. Select one of the three positions:

  • Customer administrator - the highest level, authorized to perform any operation.
  • HR administrator - authorized to perform changes only for the employees (add, delete, change balance or absence, approve vacancies, etc.).
  • Employee group administrator - has rights similar to the HR administrator, but only for a selected group of employees.
 “After filling in these data, click on the “Save” button.”

Attendance generation

When you check this option, you enable automatic attendance generation. This option can be used in the Attendance and Reports and Exports agendas. For more information on attendance generation in the Attendance agenda, see here: For the Reports and exports agenda, see here:

Change role in the system

In this menu, you can change your role in the company or the companies. Just click on the role you want to assume.

Change password

You can change your password in this menu.

Log off

To quit the iTA attendance system, it is recommended to log off.
