The iTA time and attendance system has a fully configurable dashboard – information panel of this system, which shows selected information during input. You can thus customise the input page as required.

Default setting

The default setting shows 3 information panels – widgets.

Example: In this setting, the first widget shows the illness/leave ratio for the previous month, the second shows today’s violation of rules and shows the summary of employees.

Widget settings

For change of the display and format of information in the widgets, 4 icons in the upper section of the widget are used. The first icon is used to update the widget; the second icon is used to change widget settings; the third icon increases or reduces the size of the widget for better legibility; the fourth icon makes it possible to change the widgets.

Example: Division into 2 small widgets and one large widget. This corresponds to the sequence setting 1-1-2. In the case of a requirement for division into 2 large widgets, each of half-page size – the corresponding sequence is 1-1. In the case of the image below, the 3-1 system is used, where the first widget takes up 3/4 of the screen and the second widget only 1/4 of the screen.
